Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy through curlylooks.com. The seller’s identity and contact details are on our Business information (https://curlylooks.com/pages/business-information) page. Email info@curlylooks.com for help before or after placing an order.
Choosing your products. The product page describes the tool, available colours and what is included. For a single, duo or trio selection, check the colour of each unit and the total quantity in your bag. Saving an item to your wishlist does not reserve stock.
Placing an order. Review the items, delivery address, currency, discounts, taxes and total before submitting payment. Submitting the order requests the products shown and authorises payment of the displayed total. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for any item we cannot supply. We will ask before substituting another product or colour.
Prices and delivery. The amount and currency to review are those shown at checkout. Standard worldwide shipping is free with no minimum order. Destination duties, taxes or carrier handling charges may apply where they have not been collected at checkout. Cancellation, returns and faults. See our Refund policy (https://curlylooks.com/policies/refund) for cancellation instructions, deadlines and return costs. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or faulty item, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. See Warranty & care (https://curlylooks.com/pages/warranty-care). These terms preserve the mandatory consumer rights and remedies that apply where you live.
Using the store and your styling tool. Provide accurate order details and keep your account credentials private. Follow the care, charging and safety instructions supplied with your model. If you see a safety issue, stop using the tool and contact us.
Complaints and updates. Email us with your order reference, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. You retain your right to contact a competent consumer body or court. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Changes for future orders will be posted here.
